Thu was my first visit to Spaah. I had no idea this hidden gem was here! I had a great (much needed) deep tissue massage on my neck and shoulders. Isreal was the masseur. He has a very kind and calming demeanor. Very professional and respectful. The atmosphere was laid back and relaxing when I came in. I was offered a beverage of my choice, which was a very nice amenity to the visit. I was sad that the time flew by. My neck and shoulders felt so much more relaxed. I highly recommend Spaah. They make you feel welcome as so as you walk in the door.
Bianca did a great job. She worked on my problem areas and made sure I felt good before leaving. The “spa” overall was abysmal. I could hear traffic outside for my entire massage. The building doesn’t give off “spa day”. I told my husband it’s like a spa had a generic version. I think Spaah tries...but it’s just ok. For the price? I feel like I got what I paid for 🤷🏻♀️
Received as a surprise from my husband. First time visiting any type of spa, not exactly what I expected. The services I received were a facial, massage, & pedicure. All 3 services were great quality & very professional & would definitely recommend to everyone. The staff were all friendly & welcoming making it easy to completely relax. My only complaint is that The building (inside & outside), location did not meet the standards of the quality of service & services offered & definitely the price . I parked in the lower lot by accident & out front was bags of trash & old food containers everywhere from the homeless I assume they were located in the backside of the building & do have a separate entrance & parking lot though. From the moment you walk inside It felt very much like a dr office with the tile floors & pale walls, glass sliding door rooms, & the bathroom. Could easily be a 5 ⭐️ spa if the building & location were upgraded & not so cold.
I had the most amazing pedicure with LaTasha! She is very detailed oriented and particular. This is the best pedi I’ve ever had! She’s amazing at her craft and a wonderful gal! Only her for now on! A bit more $ but so worth it!
I had been trying to find the best place to get waxed in Bloomington and this is it! I go in to get waxed by Grace and she always does an amazing job. She is super sweet and makes me feel comfortable every time I go in for an appointment. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to get waxed.
My massage therapist, Bianca did an amazing job!! She had a great technique with her massaging and mirrored everything from arms to legs consistently which I love! I would recommend using some sort of black out curtain on the windows as it was a bit bright in the room. I had requested hot towels for my massage but they were forgotten so thankfully they refunded it for me. Also the front receptionist was on her phone and didn't look at me while helping me at times but otherwise a nice experience!
